摘要
为了科学制定鹅的禽流感疫苗免疫程序,进行了5方面的试验。结果表明,雏鹅首免后3周可测定出AI-HI抗体,4周达到高峰,AI-HI抗体为4.8log2,6周开始下降。产蛋鹅免疫后4周抗体达到高峰9~11 log2,直到8个月抗体水平仍然维持在7~9 log2。1日龄雏鹅母源抗体AI-HI价为9.3log2,28日龄降至4 log2以下。试验所用的3个厂家的疫苗首次免疫雏鹅的抗体水平上升无明显差异,二次免疫抗体水平上升有明显差异。二次免疫的免疫鹅体内抗体消长情况测定结果表明,以每只1.5mL的免疫效果最好,免疫持续期可达8个月。
To establish the goose avain influenza immunization schedule, five experiments were performed. The antibody from the first and second time immunized goslings were tested, and the results showed that the AI-HI antibody from the first immunized goslings could be dectected after 3 weeks, the antibody titer reached pinnacle of 4.8log2 in the forth weeks. The antibody from the immunized meternal goose was also tested, the antibody titer reached the pinnacle of 9-11 log2 after 4 weeks, and higher antibody titer can maintained within 8 months. By the test of goslings meternal antibody, the mean meternal HI antibody of 1 day-aged goslings was 9.3log2, the antibody of 28 day-aged goslings decreased to 4 log2. By comparison of different avain infuenza vaccines,after immunized with H5N1 vaccine, the antibody increased faster and maintained longer than other vaccines. The injection doze for the second immunization was optimized, and the results showed that the best immunization was reached when the injection doze was 1.SmL per goose, the high antibody level can be maintained within 8 months.
