摘要
对魔芋丙烯酸辐照接枝产物进行了纯化和动物急性毒性试验研究。结果表明,产物接枝率97.5%,吸水倍数达920倍。经丙酮索氏提取纯化和未纯化的两个产品,按600 mg.kg-1剂量灌胃给药,未见明显毒性反应,无动物死亡,未测出半数致死量,其最大给药量为600 mg.kg-1。该给药浓度15 mg.mL-1为实际使用浓度的15倍。
Abstract:The konjac and acrylic acid was grafted by ^60Co-γ and the toxicity of the polymer was examined by animal experiment. The result showed that at 600 mg·mL^-1 dosage, the small mouse has not been seen the obvious toxicity, the non-animal death and has not been determined the median lethal doses. The largest dose was 600 mg·mL^-1. The density 15 mg·mL^-1 of the polymer was 15 times of actual use density.The two sample got the same results.
