摘要
心房颤动是一种常见的心律失常,微波折返和异位起搏点的驱动触发作用在心房颤动起始和维持中有着重要的意义。连接蛋白是构成缝隙连接的主要成分,缝隙连接的主要功能是提供细胞间电流通路,保证动作电位协同的扩布。由于连接蛋白表达水平和空间分布的改变引起的传导速度不均和各向异性减弱,在微波折返以及肺静脉袖的异位起搏中发挥重要作用。因此,连接蛋白在心房颤动的发生、发展中意义重大。
Atrial fibrillation (AF) is one of the most common arrhythmias in the clinical experience. Ectopic pacing and wavelet re-entry are very important in the initiation and maintenance of AF. Gap junction is composed of connexins, which could coordinate the action potential propagation. Abnormal expression and distribution of connexins result in heterogeneous conduction and diminishing anisotropy,which play an important role in pulmonary vein sleeves and wavelet re-entry. So connexin should have a close relationship with AF.
