青蒿素及其衍生物抗肿瘤的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 青蒿素为传统的抗疟疾药物,自20世纪90年代以来,很多学者已经证明青蒿素及其衍生物具有明显的抗肿瘤作用。目前,它们比较明确的抗肿瘤机制有抑制肿瘤细胞增殖和抗血管形成;诱导细胞凋亡;氧化应激反应;致癌基因和抑癌基因间的平衡等等。同时,青蒿素类药物可选择性杀伤肿瘤细胞,且与传统化疗药不存在交叉耐药,并能逆转肿瘤细胞的多重耐药现象。因此,将青蒿素开发成为新型的抗肿瘤药物运用于临床具有广泛的前景。 Artermisinin is a traditional anti-malarial medicine,which has been proved to have anti-tumor effects. At present, some mechanisms of its anti-tumor are: anti-prollferative and anti-agiogenic effect ;induetion of apoptosis ; oxidative stress; oncogenes, tumor suppressor genes, and so on. Furthermore, artermisinin can selectively kill cancer cells. They can retroconverse the multidrug resistance for cancer cells. As a result, artermisinin will have a bright future in clinical use for anti-turnouts.
