摘要
肝脂酶(HL)是脂蛋白代谢的关键酶之一,主要在肝细胞中合成,能水解各种脂蛋白中的三酰甘油和磷脂。肝脂酶基因(LIPC)变异是影响HL合成、活性改变的主要原因。LIPC启动子区有4个常见的呈连锁遗传的单核苷酸基因多态性,即-250G→A、-514C→T、-710T→C和-763A→G。LIPC的单核苷酸基因多态性与糖尿病、动脉粥样硬化等多种疾病具有相关性。
Hepatic lipase is one of key enzyme during lipoprotein metabolism, which is mainly synthesized in live cells and can hydrolyze triacylglycerol and phospholipid of all kinds of lipoprotein. The mutation of hepatic lipase gene is the main reason affecting the synthesis and activity changes of HL. The four common found single-chain genetic gene nucleofide polymorphism(SNP) in the promoter region of LIPC are -250G→ A, -514C→T, -710T→C and -763 A→G. The SNP of hepatic lipase gene is associated with diabetes, athero- sclerosis and other diseases.
