控制性超促排卵中卵巢储备功能的预测

摘要 卵巢反应性取决于卵巢储备功能,而卵巢反应性是决定控制性超排卵成功与否的关键因素,从而进一步影响体外受精-胚胎移植的结局。故对卵巢储备功能的预测可指导选择更合理化的促排卵方案及药物,以改善妊娠结局。预测卵巢储备功能的方法有年龄、内分泌激素水平(包括基础卵泡刺激素、雌二醇等)、超声影像学检查、动力学实验等。现就卵巢储备功能的预测方法做一综述。 Ovarian response depends on ovarian reserve,while the former plays a key role in the success of COH in the application of controlled ovarian hyperstimulation (COH). Ovarian reserve, therefore, can impact the result of external fertilization-embryo transplantation, The prediction of the ovarian reserve can give a guide of the application of rationalization schema of hyperstimulation to improve the pregnancy outcome. There axe several methods to predict the ovarian reserve:age,the level of endocrine secretion( including substructure level of follicle-stimulating hormone, FSH ; estradiol, E2, etc. ), ultrasound, dynamic test, which will be introduced in this article.
