摘要
目的探讨外周血CD3、CD4、CD8、CD19细胞亚群在过敏性紫癜(HSP)、特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)发病中的作用及临床意义。方法收集患病组和健康组外周抗凝静脉血,用流式细胞术分别检测外周血淋巴细胞亚群CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4/CD8和CD19比例的变化。结果HSP患者CD4+细胞比例和CD4/CD8(1.13±0.08)均减低,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);ITPCD8+细胞比例增高(P<0.05),CD4/CD8比值下降至(1.02±0.26)(P<0.05)。结论CD4+细胞数量和CD4/CD8减少导致的免疫调节效应不足以及B细胞数量增多,可能是造成HSP免疫失衡的重要原因。ITPCD4/CD8比例减少、CD8细胞数量增多导致的免疫抑制效应过强,可能是ITP发病的重要因素。
Objective To investigate CD3, CD4, CD8, and CD19 in benoch-scboenlein purpura(HSP) and idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura(ITP) and its clinical significance. Methods Sample of peripheral blood were collected from the diseases group and the healthy control group. Flow cytometry was used to measure CD3^+ ,CD4^+ ,CD8^+ and CD4/CD8. Results The Ratio of CD4/CD8 and the prepertion of CD4^+ cells in HSP patients were significantly lower than those in control group( P 〈 0.05 ) and CD19^+ cell was significantly higher than that in control group(P 〈0.05). Expression of CDs increased significantly in peripheral blood of patients with ITP. The Ratio of CD4/CD8 decreased significantly in ITP patients. Conclusion The decrease of CD4^+ cells and ratio of CD4/CD8 of regulatory T cells might be involved in pathogenesis of HSP and associated with the increased CD19^+ cells. The decrease of ratio of CD4/CD8 and the increase of CD8^+ regulatory T cells of might be resulted in pathogenesis of ITP.
