心肌梗死三项联检在就地检验中的应用分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨心肌梗死三项联检在急性胸痛患者就地检验(POCT)中的作用和价值。方法对71例因急性胸痛来我院就诊的患者,分别用血清和末梢血进行肌红蛋白(Myo),肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB),肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)三项联合检测,然后进行回顾性分析,并记录治疗周转时间(TTAT)。结果71例病例中,分别用血清和末梢血进行检测,Myo阳性41例;CK-MB阳性36例;cTnI阳性15例。经配对资料χ2检验,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。用血清检测,TTAT平均为60min,用末梢血检测,TTAT平均为12.5min。结论心肌梗死三项在心脏患者的就地检验中应用,结果分析准确、敏感、可信赖。 Objective To investigates the function and value of the myocardial infarction three tests in acute chest-pain patients. Methods To have myoglobin (Myo) ,creative kinase-MB mass (CK-MB)and cardiac troponinl (cTnI) tests with serum and twig blood in the 71 case patients from acute chest-pain. And record therapeutic turn around time (TTAT). All data were analyzed retrospectively. Results In 71 case patients, Myo positive 41 cases; CK-MB positive 36 cases; cTnl positive 15 cases. The positive rate of the tests with serum was no difference than that of tests with twig blood (P〉0.05). serum TrAT average value is60 minutes, twig blood TTAT average value is 12. 5 minutes. Conclusion The myocardial infarction three tests are determined in the heart disease patients,the results are accurate,sensitive and reliable.
