摘要
采用溶液培养的方法研究供锌水平(质量浓度分别为0,0.2,0.4,1.0,2.0mg/L)对4个品种菠菜生长发育和不同部位Ca,Mg,Fe,Zn含量的影响.结果表明,ZnSO4质量浓度为0~0.2mg/L时,没有引起菠菜发生缺锌症状,但影响菠菜对钙、铁、锌的积累.营养液中的ZnSO4质量浓度为0.4mg/L时,菠菜钙、镁、铁、锌含量以及株鲜重都较高.ZnSO4质量浓度为2mg/L时,抑制了菠菜的根系生长,进而影响了单株重.
The effect of Zn (when Zn supply was respectively 0, 0.2, 0.4, 1.0,2.0 mg/L)on the growth and development and the contents of Ca, Mg, Fe and Zn in different part of four spinach varieties were studied with solution culture. The results indicated spinach did not show Zn deficiency symptoms but the contents of Ca, Fe, Zn in leaves were low when 0 or 0.2 mg/L. The content of mineral and biomsaa were improved when Zn supply was 0.4 mg/L. The development of root was restrained when Zn supply was 2 mg/L, which decreased the yield of spinach.
