烧伤并发抑郁症应对方式及负性自动思维特点分析

Investigation of automatic thoughts and coping style in patients with depression after burn

目的分析烧伤后并发抑郁患者与负性自动思维和应对方式的关系。方法采用抑郁自评量表、自动思维问卷及应对方式问卷对164例烧伤患者进行调查,并进行相关及回归分析。结果烧伤后并发抑郁与负性自动思维及应对方式有显著相关(P<0.01)。结论认知和行为改变在烧伤并发抑郁的发病中具有重要的作用,对抑郁的治疗具有重要的指导作用。

Objective To explore the characteristics of automatic thoughts and coping style in depressive patients after burn. Methods 164 patients with depression after burn were assessed by self-rating depression scale（SDS）, automatic thoughts questionnaire（ATQ） and coping style questionnaire,and analyze the correlation between SDS with ATQ and coping style. Results ATQ and coping style have significant correlation with the level of SDS（P〈0.01）. Conclusion The changes of cognition and coping style make an very important role in the depression after burn.
