This paper analyzes the composition effect, and significance of the automobile parts reverse logistics. By employing the basic knowledge of the Game Theory and analyzing the relationship between the main bodies of reverse logistics .According to the analysis, some countermeasures are raised on the development of the automobile parts reverse logistics.
