At first, the basic qualities of industrial engineer are described in this paper. The problems in diploma thesis on the current situation are analyzed. And then, methods of improving diploma thesis quality of industrial engineering speciality are proposed. Strengthen specialty construction, ensure fund input and improve experimental conditions, intensifying guidance and multiform guidance are also discussed in detail.
