智力资本管理研究综述

To Summarize on Research of Management of Intellectual Capital

主要对智力资本2006年以前的研究作了综述。分别从智力资本的产生、内涵、构成、评估以及智力资本运营过程中的管理和智力资本对企业的价值贡献的研究作了探讨;最后对智力资本目前存在的问题和未来的发展方向作了展望。

This article summarizes the literature before 2006.It probe into the main research field about IC,such as creation, connotation, structure, evaluation, measurement of IC, And also about the management on operation,appraisal and contribution to the corporate of the IC. Finally,this paper point out the current problem and the subsequent research direction.
