摘要
国内外项目管理理论已经比较成熟,甘特图法、关键路径法等广泛应用于制定项目进度计划,而关于如何在项目管理中进行全程进度管理的理论方法较少。对基于动态目标管理的项目进度管理作简要探讨,为项目经理提供理论参考。
Domestic and international project management theories have been developed well. GC,CPM and some other methods, are widely applied in establishing the plan of project schedule .But there are few theories or methods how to carry on the plan effectly. One new theorie of project schedute management according to DMBO （Dynamic Management by Objective） is discussed in this paper,serving for the project managers.
