药品降价对我院肿瘤患者抗微生物药利用的影响

Effect of Drug Price Reduction on the Utilization of Antimicrobial Drugs in Patients with Tumor

目的:探讨药品降价对我院肿瘤患者抗微生物药利用的影响。方法:对2005～2007年药品8次降价期间,我院抗微生物药的销售金额、用药频度及日用药金额等进行回顾性分析。结果:各年度抗微生物药销售金额占我院药品年销售金额的9.47%～7.27%,比例逐年下降,但抗微生物药总日用药金额逐年上升,各类抗微生物药用药频度和费用呈不同的变化趋势。结论:药品降价对肿瘤患者抗微生物药的合理应用起到了积极的干预作用。

OBJECTIVE： To discuss the effect of drug price reduction on the use of antimicrobial drugs for patients with tumor in our hospital. METHODS： The consumption sum, DDDs, and DDC of antimicrobial drugs during 8 times of drug price reduction from 2005 to 2007 were analyzed retrospectively. RESULTS： In respect of the consumption sum, the proportion of antimicrobial drugs accounted for 9.47%- 7.27% of the total, which dropped year by year, However, the total DDC of the antimicrobial drugs increased year by year, The changes of DDDs and the DDC of all kinds of the antimicrobial drugs showed a varied tendency. CONCLUSION： The price reduction for the antimicrobial drugs is helpful for the rational use of the antimicrobial drugs.
