血凝酶预防食管癌术后出血的效果研究

Hemostatic Effect of Reptilase in Patients Undergoing Esophageal Carcinoma Operation

目的:研究血凝酶预防食管癌术后出血的效果。方法:80例在全麻下行食管癌切除术患者随机分成4组,A组(20例)术中、术后应用常规剂量血凝酶;B组(20例)术后应用加倍剂量血凝酶;C组(20例)术后应用常规剂量血凝酶;对照组(20例)术后应用止血敏和止血芳酸。观察术后6、24h引流量及总量。结果:A、B、C组术后6、24h引流量及总量少于对照组(P<0.05),且不增加不良反应及并发症。A、B组术后6、24h引流量及总量均少于C组(P<0.05)。A组与B组术后6、24h引流量及总量无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:在食管癌切除术后应用血凝酶,止血效果好、安全。

OBJECTIVE： To explore the hemostatic effect of reptilase for patients after undergoing of operation of esophageal carcinoma. METHODS： 80 patients undergoing esophageal carcinoma operation under general anesthesia were divided into four groups randomly： experimental Group A （n = 20） received reptilase during and after operation; experimental Group B （n = 20） received double dose of reptilase after operation; Group C （n = 20） received normal dose of reptilase after operation, and the control group （n = 20） received dicynone plus Aminomethylbenzoic Acid after operation. The volume of bloOd drainage at 6 and 24 h after operation and the total amount of drainage of blood were observed. RESULTS： The volume of blood drainage at 6 and 24 h after operation and the total volume in A, B, and C groups were less than in the control group （P〈0.05）, yet without showing increase in incidences of adverse effects and complications in the former 3 groups. The bleeding volume at 6 h and 24 h and the total volume in Group A and B were less than in Group C （P〈0.05）. However, there was no significant difference between Group A and Group B in the bleeding volume at 6 h, 24 h and the total volume （P〉 0.05） . CONCLUSION： Reptitase is safe and effective as an anti- bleeding agent for patien after resection of esophageal carcinoma.
