摘要
为了寻找高效、低毒的除草活性的化合物,设计并合成了7个全新的N-[5-(3-甲基-2,6-二氧-4-三氟甲基-2,3-二氢嘧啶-1(6H)-基)苯基]-N',N'-二取代脲类化合物,其化学结构经IR、1HNMR、LC/MS和元素分析表征。初步生物活性测定结果表明:该类化合物具有良好的除草活性,如4c~4f在75ga.i./hm2剂量下,茎叶处理对苘麻、刺苋、藜、马唐、稗草、狗尾草等杂草的抑制率达90%以上。
In search of safe and low toxin herbicidal compounds, seven N-[5-(3-methyl-2,6-dioxo-4- trifluoromethyl-2,3-dihydropyrimidin- 1 (6H)-yl)phenyl]-N',N'-disubstituted urea compounds were designed and synthesized. Their structures were confirmed by IR, JH NMR, LC/MS and elemental analyses. Preliminary bioassay showed that most of title compounds had good herbicidal activity, for example, 4c-4f exhibited more than 90% inhibition to Abutilon theophrasti Medic, Amaranthus spinosus, Chenopodium album, Digitaria sanguinalis, Echinochloa crus-galli, and Setaria viridis at active ingredient 75 g a.i./hm^2 in post-emergence treatment.
