摘要
在水-甲苯体系中,合成了三唑酮与氯化铜配合物。用元素分析、红外光谱、摩尔电导,热重分析对配合物进行了表征,并推测了配合物的结构。同时还测定了配合物和配体三唑酮的抑菌活性。结果表明:配合物具有较好的抑菌活性,其中对丝核菌的活性优于三唑酮。
The complex was synthesized by the coordination of copper chloride with ligand triadimefon in water/ toluene system, and characterized by elemental analysis, infrared spectra, molar conductance and thermal analysis. The possible structure was proposed. Meanwhile, bactericidal activity was studied, and the results indicated that the complex has good bactericidal activity in vitro, and the activity against Rhizoctoni is better than that of triadimefon.
