On the Function of Governmental Legitimacy on the Construction of Governmental Credit

政府信用与政府合法性之间总是存在着某种联系,并且政府合法性对政府信用的塑造是有重大作用。在阐释政府信用和政府合法性这两个概念涵义的基础上,通过比较分析、归纳两者的共同特征,论述政府合法性对政府信用塑造之作用的缘由和表现,试图初略地探索加强政府合法性、塑造政府信用的路径选择。

Governmental legitimacy correlates with governmental credit and it plays an important role in the construction of governmental credit . This paper attempts to testify this idea by explaining governmental credit and governmental legitimacy, and compares the two conceptions and generalizes their features in common, which throws light on why and how governmental legitimacy affects the construction of governmental credit and finally, suggests some ways for the construction of governmental credit while strengthening the governmental legitimacy.
