农村弱势群体受教育权的保障现状及对策

On the Protection of the Right to Receive Education for the Rural Weak-group People

受教育权不仅是我国宪法赋予公民的一项基本权利,也是国际公约对我国政府的一项基本要求。我国农村弱势群体,由于自身的经济、观念、生理等内在原因,加之国家的教育理念、法律制度、教育政策等存在较大的缺陷和不足,他们受教育权的保障问题还有许多不完善之处。从公民基本权利的角度,对我国农村弱势群体受教育权的保障问题进行尝试性研究,以望提高人们的认识程度。

To receive education is one of the important rights of the Chinese citizens given by the Chinese Constitution and the important requirement to our government made by the international convention. But the right to receive education for the rural weak - group people has been unfavorably guaranteed in our country because of their own economic, conceptual and physiological factors as well as the demerits and lack in educational concept, legal system and educational policy etc. in our country. Their right to receive education still remains a problem. This paper attempts to have a study of the issue about the right to receive education for the rural weak group people from the viewpoint of citizens＇ basic rights in the hope of raising people＇s consciousness relating to the issue.
