摘要
针对锅炉汽包水位复杂的工艺特性,结合碱回收燃烧工段的工艺流程,给出了优化控制方案,通过西门子S7-400可编程控制器实现了系统的硬件配置和软件设计.该系统控制效果良好,具有较好的经济价值.
Considering the complex characteristics of water level in the steam tank and the burning process of alkali recovery, the optimum control project is presented and the hardware configuration and software design by SIMATIC S7 -400 is accomplished. The controll effect of this systerm is good and the economic value is better.
