摘要 液压锥阀是流体传动与控制技术中重要的基础元件,锥阀内的流场特性直接影响阀的性能.按照实际使用中的插装型锥阀的参数,建立了锥阀的三维几何模型,利用CFD软件对流体在锥阀内的流动状态进行了仿真计算和可视化分析.在对锥阀内部流场的仿真过程中,使用了自适应网格技术,有助于提高解的精度.所得结果为阀的设计和性能优化提供一定的理论依据. The hydraulic poppet valve is one of the most important component in the hydraulic transmission and control, whose characteristic of the inner flow filed influences directly the valve' s performance. The 3-D geometric model of the poppet valve is established, according to the parameters of the in-service cartridge poppet valve. The hydraulic oil flow inside the poppet valve is simulated, based on the CFD software. In the procedure of the simulation, the adapting mesh is adopted, which is helpful to improve the precision. The study for the valve has offered the significant reference to design the valve and optimize the performance.
