摘要 在分析固体发动机CT图像结构特征和灰度分布的基础上,设计一种集边缘检测、数学形态学、多阈值分割于一体的自动分割方法。用此方法对含有缺陷的固体发动机CT图像实施分割,并利用光线投射体绘制算法对分割结果进行三维重构,经过与原发动机对照,重构结果精确地显示出缺陷的空间位置和分布,证明了所设计的分割方法达到了无损检测的工业标准。 Based on structure characteristics and gray distribution of CT images of solid motor, a kind of automatic segmentation method with the integration of edge detection, mathematical morphology and multi-threshold segmentation was designed. CT images of solid motor with defects were segmented by means of the method, and the segmentation results were reconstructed by means of ray projectile drawing algorithm. Through comparison with original motor, reconstruction results accurately present space location and distribution of the defects, which shows that the segmentation method attains industry criterion of nondestructive evaluation.
