摘要
支撑地方经济的产业集群其形成和发展是把双刃剑,它在大力提升区域经济竞争优势的同时,也会由集群内群体性风险的突变性传导诱发该区域乃至多个相关区域的集群经济灾难。目前,国内外对产业集群的形成机理、作用机制以及动力机制研究较多,对集群风险的生成及扩散过程缺乏深入研究。笔者试图在对产业集群风险的生成机理解析基础上,具有针对性地提出了规避和化解产业集群风险的相应解决措施和思路。
The Emergence and development of industrial clusters which support regional economic development is a double - edged sword. It enhances regional economic competitive advantage and at the same time the outburst of collective risks within clusters may induce regional cluster economic disasters within clusters as well as in many relevant areas. At present, there are many studies on the formation mechanism, function mechanism and drive mechanism of industrial clusters, but the researches on the formation and pervasion of cluster risks are not enough. Based on an analysis of the emerging mechanism of cluster risks, the author proposes the corresponding countermeasures to evade and eliminate cluster risks.
