在知识管理环境下,提高图书馆员信息素质是高校图书馆进行知识服务的前提;是时代发展和高校图书馆工作变革的需要。信息素质包含:信息观念素质、信息能力素质、信息道德素质。高校图书馆员要想提高信息素质,就必须树立终身学习的观念,必须在长期的学习实践中不断提高自己的信息素质,才能适应知识管理环境下知识服务的需要。

Under information management, improving librarians＇ information quality is the premise tor college libraries to offer knowledge service, and necessity for the development of the times and work innovation in college libraries. Information quality includes concept, capability and morality. To improve their informationquality, librarians must have lifelong learning concept, and improve themselves in practice to adjust to the need of knowledge service under knowledge management.
