摘要
本文介绍了4,4′-二氨基苯磺酰苯胺(简称DASA)双重氮化,在酸性条件下与H-酸偶合,苯胺重氮化,与上述所得产物在碱性条件下偶合,然后再与间苯二胺偶合,合成出弱酸性黑NB-G染料合成工艺,并对工艺条件进行了研究。
Synthesis technology of weak acid black NB-G was introduced. Firstly DASA was diazotized, then coupled with H acid at acid condition. Secondly aniline was diazotized and then coupled with above-mentioned product at alkaline condition. At last coupled with m-Phenylenediamine, thus get weak acid black NB-G. Technical conditions were also researched.
