摘要
二巯基丙磺酸钠(Na-DMPS)不仅可以作为有毒重金属盐的解毒剂、几种常见农药(如毒鼠强)的解毒剂,还可以作为染料化工的重要中间体。本实验主要选用Pb(Ac)2和ZnSO4作为沉淀剂进行对比试验,结果发现Pb(Ac)2作为沉淀剂较为理想。并通过改变实验参数以提高铅盐的产率,结果显示,增加巯化时间能够提高铅盐产率,丙烯磺酸钠和Pb(Ac)2最佳投料比为1∶1,而丙烯磺酸钠和KHS的最佳投料比为1∶2。
Sodium 2,3-dimercaptopropane-1-sulfonate(Na-DMPS) is usually used as an antidote to both heavy metal salt poisoning and some common pesticides. This paper mainly concerns the precipitation process. The lead acetate and zinc sulfate were used as precipitators for comparison, and it was shown that the lead acetate was better. The yield of lead salt could be improved by changing some experimental parameters. The results showed that prolonging sulfhydrylation time could increased the yield of lead salt. The best feed ratio of sodium allylsulfonate to lead acetate was 1: 1, and sodium allylsulfonate to potassium hydrogen sulfide was 1:2.
