摘要
针对染料产品中可能含有微量的多氯苯类物质,采用气相色谱-质谱联用方法定性检测并根据特征离子峰面积进行定量的方法可以分离并检测11种多氯苯。本文对样品前处理、色谱操作条件的选择以及检测低限、回收率、精密度等方面做了详细的阐述。
Eleven polychloriznated benzenes in dyes were separated and determined by GC - MS method. They were qualitatively analyzed by spectra and quantitatively analyzed by peak area of characteristic ion, using external standard method. The method of pretreatment of the samples and the selection of operating conditions of GC - MS were discussed, as well as the precision and the accuracy and the recovery.
