摘要
文章主要在问卷调查和对少数民族小学教师双语培训中HSK成绩与相关的学习策略多角度的调查与分析的基础上,提出对这项培训工作改进的建议,为有的放矢地解决培训中的教学问题提供一定的参考依据。
The author has investigated the HSK testing result and the learners' learning strategies of the eth-nic bilingual teachers in the course of training by using the tools of questionnaire and interviewing. Based onthe investigation, the paper puts forward some training strategies to provide references for such training.
