少数民族大学毕业生就业现状研究——以新疆高等师范院校为例

A Study on the Employment Status Quo of Ethnic Graduates —— Taking the Higher Normal Schools in Xinjiang as an Example

近些年，随着我国社会转型，高等教育持续扩招和高校就业机制的变化，高校毕业生特别是少数民族毕业生就业难问题尤为突出。本研究选择新疆三所代表性的高师院校，以2007届少数民族毕业生为调研对象，结合2004～2006年相关统计数据，从毕业生就业准备、就业观念等五个维度进行分析。试图一窥新疆高师少数民族大学毕业生的就业状况，分析其就业难成因，提出相关对策。

With China＇s social transformation in recent years, the sustained college expansion and the change of the employment mechanism of higher schools, the problem of unemployment of graduates of higher schools, especially of the ethnic graduates, is becoming more and more serious. This study, selecting three higher normal schools in Xinjiang as studying object, taking 2007 ethnic graduates as an investigation object and using some of the relevant data of 2004-2006 years as well, analyzes the employment status quo of the ethnic grad- uates of Xinjiang higher normal schools from five perspectives such as the preparation of employment and employment ideas. The paper also analyzes the causes of the difficult obtaining of employment for these students and provides some countermeasures.
