摘要
随着高等教育事业的发展，教学档案的门类随之增多，教学档案成为教学资源的重要组成部分。文章从四个方面论述了临床教学档案在教学工作中的作用及加强管理的重要性，并结合工作实际，提出了规范教学档案管理的对策。
With the fast development of higher education in China, the categories of the teaching tile nave multiplied, and the teaching file has become one of the important components of teaching resources. The paper expounds the roles of the clinical teaching file played in the teaching and the importance of strengthening the management concerned. The author, based on her own working experience, brings forward the measures of normalizing the teaching file management.
