高校体育设施与大众体育发展

On the Sports Facilities in the Higher School and the Development of Mass Sports

高校体育设施向社会开放，可以有效缓解现有体育设施不足，有利于发展大众体育，国家政策上也有明确的规定，但发展较为缓慢，主要是认识上不到位。应从建立和谐社会，建立共享社会的角度提高认识，使高校丰富的体育资源服务于社区，社区与高校形成新的文化共同体。

It is advantageous for the higher school to have their sports facilities open to the society, which will release the tense of insufficient sports facilities outside the campus. The state government has ever explicitly stipulated to support this but unfortunately, this work develops slowly. The service awareness of the higher school should be enhanced in submission to the construction of the harmonious society and of the share society to have the rich sports resources in the higher school open to the community and to make the higher school and the community into a new cultural unity.
