乌鲁木齐市社区教育现状及其对策

The Status Quo of Urumqi Community Education and the Countermeasures

笔者通过网络调查，指出乌鲁木齐市社区教育方面既取得了一定的成绩和经验，也存在着各区社区教育工作发展不平衡、多数社区教育工作滞后等问题，并针对乌鲁木齐市社区教育的现状，围绕积极推进社区教育的重要性及其对策等问题进行了阐述。

xThe paper, by the investigation of network, argues that some achievements and experiences have been attained in the community education of Urumqi City, but some problems exist at the same time as the problem of imbalance of educational development between communities, and the problem of the educational work lagged behind in most communities. To this status of the community education in Urumqi, the paper expounds the importance of improving community education and proposes some measures.
