摘要
社会处在信息化、数字化和网络化进程中,传统教育面临全新的机遇和挑战,现代教育技术正在世界范围内广泛应用。这引发了教育思想、教学手段、教学思路、教学方法、教学体系乃至于整个社会教育理念和教育模式的重大变革。笔者以教师课堂教学行为作为切入点,从微观层面研究现代教育技术背景下教师课堂教学行为,重点分析教师课堂教学行为的变化特征以及教师课堂教学行为存在的问题,并提出应对策略。
The society is in the process of informatization, digitization and the networking, and the traditional education is faced with new challenges and opportunities. Modem educational technology has wildly been applied in the world. As the result, the ideology, skills, methods and systems of teaching, even the concept and the mode of education, have all been changed. This paper, taking teachers' teaching performance in class as a starting point, analyzes the performance of teachers' teaching with the aid of modem educational technology. The focus of this paper is put on the changing features of teachers' teaching performance in class, the problems that exist in doing so, and solutions to these problems.
