As an important and inseparable facility in the higher education, libraries in higher schools are in harmony with the other educational supporting facilities, forming a specific campus culture. This paper discusses how to construct the harmonious service-oriented library in the higher school from the perspective of the self-construction of the library and the perspective of the services to readers.
