摘要
目的研究黄皮活性馏分6对稗草植株蛋白含量和氨基酸总量是否存在影响.方法采用稗草小杯法进行生物活性测定.结果发现黄皮活性馏分6对稗草植株蛋白含量和氨基酸总量都有一定的影响,测定结果表明,在0.5mg/ml的处理浓度下,稗草植株内的蛋白含量为16.17 mg/g,比对照降低75.91%,在此浓度下,稗草植株内的氨基酸含量为1.3976 mg/g,比对照的0.871 7 mg/g含量明显升高,含氮比为1.6.结论通过实验表明黄皮甲醇提取物对稗草植株生理生化方面有一定的影响,从而造成对稗草的抑制活性.
Objective Purpose In order to the amount of protein and quantity of amino ac indicated that the fraction 6 had an noticeable acid. The results of bloassay reseaved that the study if the fraction 6 of Clausena duniana had an effect on id. Method Bioassay of herbicide. Results The results effect on the amount of protein and the quantity of amino amount of protein was 16.17 mg/g when the concentration was 0.5 mg/ml, which decreased 75.91% than the control experiment, and the quantity of amino acid was 1. 3976 mg/g at this concentration, which was significant higher in comparison with 0. 8717 mg/g. Conclution the results indicated that fraction 6 of Clausena duniana had effects on physiology and biochemistry of Echinochloa crusgalli , and caused the inhibition to it.
