摘要 通过动物实验研究中药抗肿瘤作用及机制是新药开发的必要途径。本文对近年来抗肿瘤中药有效成分进行动物实验的实验模型、实验方法、疗效评价、机制研究等方面进行综述。 The study on anticancer effects and mechanisms of compositions from Chinese materia medica in vivo is very necessary for new drug development. This article reviews data on the models, methods, estimate of therapeutic effect, and research on mechanisms from recent studies.
