摘要
M2型丙酮酸激酶是近年来发现的一种器官非特异性肿瘤标记物,在多种恶性肿瘤,尤其是在宫颈癌的发生发展中发挥着重要作用。本文综述了M2型丙酮酸激酶的生物学特征、及其在宫颈癌中的表达情况、致癌机制以及应用前景等。
M2-pyruvate kinase （M2-PK） is a newly discovered non-specificity tumor marker,it plays an important role in many malignant tumors, especially in cervical carcinoma. In this article, we reviewed research advances of M2-PK in cervical cancer, including its biology characteristics, expression, mechanism of carcinogenesis, clinical applications, and so on.
