On the Causes and Measures to University Graduates' Structural Unemployment

近年来,我国大学毕业生总体就业形势日趋严峻,其主要成因是结构性供需矛盾造成的结构性失业。具体体现在大学生就业期望值偏高、高校人才培养模式滞后于产业发展、大学专业设置不尽合理等方面。要打破制约高校毕业生就业的这一瓶颈,我们需要从就业指导、市场竞争、专业设置等角度着手,有的放矢地加以解决。

Nowadays the employment situation of university graduates is getting more and more serious mainly because of the structural unemployment. By analyzing the supply - demand contradiction and the root causes of the difficulties for graduates＇ employment, the measures which will be used to solve structural unemployment are put forward from the following angles： employment guide, market competition and major- setting.
