摘要
职业道德素质的培养在高师教育中处于核心地位。转型期高师学生职业道德素质现状堪忧。我们可以通过提高职业道德教育的实效性、优化职业道德教育的社会环境、发挥高师院校教师的榜样示范作用及加强高师学生自我道德修养来提高高师学生的职业道德素质。
The quality cultivation of the professional morality plays a central part in the education of the normal university. But the current situation in this transitional time, namely the quality of the professional morality of the normal university students, worries the educators. Therefore, we shall improve their quality of professional morality by increasing the effectiveness, optimizing the social environment, bringing the exemplary roles of the university teachers into play and strengthening the self- cultivation of the students.
