摘要 干扰素(IFN)对许多疾病都有很好的治疗效果,一直是医学领域研究的重要对象。目前IFN已经成功运用于抗病毒、肿瘤治疗等方面。为了充分发挥干扰素的作用,人们利用基因工程的方法对重组干扰素基因序列、表达系统等方面进行改进,取得多项进展。目前针对流行病毒,肿瘤治疗,免疫调节等方面,重组干扰素能发挥其生物学效用,临床治疗进展取得一定的突破。但是重组干扰素在临床应用仍然受某些因素制约,需要进一步研究解决。 Because of the improtance in clinic, medical researchers paid more and more attention to interferon. Interferon has been used in anti-virus and anti-tumor. In order to make sufficient use of interferon, genetic engineering technology was used to improve gene sequence, expression and other aspects of recombinant interferon. And now, the recombinant interferon shows high biological activity in many fields, such as viral epidemics,tumor therapy and immunoregulation. Although important progress in the clinical application of recombinant in terferon was made, there are still some problems to be resolved for further researches.
