腹腔动脉螺旋CT与磁共振血管成像的对照研究 被引量:12

摘要 目的:评价无创性的螺旋CT血管成像(SCTA)与磁共振血管成像(MRA)对腹腔动脉的显示能力,并对两者进行比较。材料和方法:自2006年1月~2006年12月间从曾在本院进行过SCTA、MRA检查的病人中,随机抽取46例,其中23例曾做SCTA,23例做MRA检查,对SCTA3D图像与MRA图像进行比较对照分析。结果:对较粗大的动脉,两者均显示良好,但MRA显示率不如SCTA;对细小动脉的显示率两者差别较大,显示的血管差异明显。SCTA对腹腔动脉的显示能力高于MRA,两者有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:SCTA对腹腔动脉的显示能力和清晰度均高于MRA,可作为常规血管造影的补充或替代手段,对临床有很大的指导和帮助价值。 Purpose: To evaluate the display ability of spiral computed tomographic angiography (SCTA) in the abdominal arteries, compared with magnetic resonance angiography (MRA) .Materials and Methods: 46 cases were chosen randomly, among which 23 cases were examined by SCTA and another 23 cases by MRA. The three dimensional (3D) imaging of SCTA was analyzed in comparison with that of MRA. Results: Both SCTA and MRA have good display of bigger arteries, but the display rate of MRA is smaller than that of SCTA. In addition, they have different display rate for smaller arteries, displaying different arteries. The display ability of SCTA in the abdominal arteries is better than that of MRA, the difference between them being obvious( P 〈 0.05) . Conclusion: The display ability and definition of SCTA in the abdominal arteries is better than that of MRA. SCTA can offer supplement or substitute for the traditional angiography, so it has higher clinical value.
