抗内毒素Fab′对严重烧伤早期肠源性内毒素血症小鼠NO、MDA与iNOS的影响及意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察抗内毒素Fab′对严重烧伤早期肠源性内毒素血症小鼠肠组织中NO、iNOS、MDA水平的影响,探索防治烧伤脓毒症的新措施。方法:采用严重烧伤早期肠源性内毒素血症小鼠模型,分为烧伤组、治疗组及对照组,分别于6、12、24、48h 4个时相点测定肠组织中NO、iNOS、MDA的浓度。结果:烧伤后肠组织中NO、iNOS、MDA水平均比正常对照组显著增高;治疗组肠组织中NO、iNOS、MDA水平较烧伤组显著降低。结论:抗内毒素Fab′能减轻内毒素对机体的损害,从而起到对严重烧伤早期肠源性脓毒症的防治作用。 Objective: To explore a new way of preventing burn sepsis, and to investigate the effect of the Fab' against endotoxin on NO, iNOS and MDA during the early stage in severely burned gut-derived endotoximia mice. Methods: The burned gut-derived endotoximia mice model during the early stage was adopted and divided into three groups: burn group, control group and treatment group. In testinal tissues were collected at 6, 12, 24, 48h after burn injury for the examination of NO, iNOS and MDA productions, iNOS mRNA expression and intestinal histological. Results: The levels of NO, iNOS, MDA and expression of iNOS mRNA in burn groups were significantly higher than those in the control group after burn injury, The levels of NO,iNOS, MDA and expression of iNOS mRNA in treatment group were significantly different from that in the burn group. Conclusion: The Fab' against endotoxin can inhibit injury by endo- toxin and prevent severely burned gut-derived endotoximia.
