激光捕获显微切割技术在肿瘤研究中的进展

摘要 激光捕获显微切割技术(LCM,Laser Capture Microdissection)是目前最先进的组织纯化技术,LCM结合各种基于细胞、DNA、RNA、及蛋白质的分子生物学技术成功运用于肿瘤学研究的各个方面,通过对切割后细胞的基因组,转录组,蛋白组等分析研究后得到了大量有用的结论。本文就其在肿瘤学研究中的应用进行综述。 Laser capture microdissection (LCM) is the most advanced method of tissue purification. Combined with molecular biology techniques based on cells, DNA, RNA and protein, LCM was applied to all kinds of cancer researches. Through analysis of microdissected cells, a lot of useful conclusions were obtained. The aim of this paper is to review the principle ,development and application of LCM in cancer researches.
