摘要
梁柱外伸端板连接中螺栓会因撬力作用提早发生破坏,但目前还有没有可靠的方法来计算撬力的大小。本文应用三维有限元法,对外伸端板连接中受拉侧螺栓拉力和撬力进行了研究,给出了节点弯矩-螺栓拉力曲线、连接面受拉侧撬力分布和变化规律,并对端板厚度和加劲肋厚度及形状对螺栓撬力的影响进行了比较,比较表明设置端板加劲肋尤其是加厚、加长的加劲肋,对减小撬力更有效;并对各种螺栓拉力计算理论进行了评价。
Bolt force is affected by bolt prying force considerably, and the knowledge about the role of bolt prying force is inadequacy. The finite element method is used to analyze the bolt tensile force and bolt prying force in extended end-plate bolted connections. The moment-bolt tensile force curves, prying force distribution and change patterns are presented. And the influences of end-plate thickness and end-plate stiffener are compared. The comparison shows that the end-plate stiffeners, especially the larger stiffeners, are more effective to decrease bolt prying force than end-plate thickness. Based on the finite element data, kinds of bolt force theories are evaluated.
