试论高校学生公寓管理中的数据分析

Statement On Data Analysis of College Students' Dorm Administration

高校学生公寓管理过程中会产生大量的数据,由于不少管理者对数据分析技术缺乏足够的了解,往往难以对这些数据进行深度挖掘和运用,在一定程度上制约着高校学生公寓管理水平和研究水平的提高。本文在分析高校学生公寓数据管理现状和数据分析应遵循的基本原则的基础上,运用数理分析方法和SPSS统计软件,选择学生意见、服务人员不合格两个公寓管理服务过程中的典型实例,进行了一些数据分析的尝试,希望能对高校公寓管理者有所帮助。

During the process of college students＇ dorm administration, there will produce tremendous data, but for most managers are lack of analysis technique, they can＇t mine and make use of the meaningful data. As a result, the phenomenon has restricted the level of administration and research at some way. On the basis of analyzing the contemporary situation and the principles of data analysis, this paper uses statistic analysis and SPSS software to do some attempts of data analysis on two typical examples in the dorm administration that is the students＇ advises and the unqualified service attendants, hoping to facilitate dorm administration in the college.
