HIF-1α、VEGF在外阴鳞状细胞癌中的表达与临床意义

摘要 目的:探讨缺氧诱导因子-1α(hypoxia inducible factor-1 alpha,HIF-1α)与血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)在外阴鳞状细胞癌(vulvar squamous cell carcinoma,VSCC)中的表达及其相互关系。方法:用免疫组化SP法检查43例VSCC中HIF-1α、VEGF蛋白表达。结果:VSCC中HIF-1α与VEGF阳性表达率分别为72.09%(31/43),76.74%(33/43),均明显高于外阴正常表皮(P<0.01)。随着病理分级、临床分期的增加及淋巴结转移的发生,HIF-1α与VEGF阳性表达率也随之增加,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。HIF-1α与VEGF表达呈正相关(rs=0.866,P<0.01)。结论:HIF-1α、VEGF是反映VSCC浸润转移等生物学行为的重要指标,HIF-1α诱导VEGF表达从而促进肿瘤血管生成可能参与VSCC的进展。 Objective: To explore the expression of hypoxia inducible factor - 1 alpha ( HIF -1α) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in vulvar squamous cell carcinomas (VSCC) and their relationship. Methods: The expression of the HIF -1α product was detected by immunochemistry in the tissue samples of 10 cases of normal vulvas and 43 cases of VSCC. Results: The positive rates of HIF -1α and VEGF protein in the VSCC were 72. 09% (31/43) and 76.74% (33/43) respectively, with significant difference from the control group ( P 〈 0. 01 ) . With the increase of pathological grades, clinical stages and the occurrence of lymphode metastasis, the positive expression rates of HIF -1α and VEGF protein in the VSCC raised ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . There was a positive correlation between HIF -1α and VEGF ( ra = 0. 866, P 〈 0. 01 ) . Conclusion: HIF -1α may play an important role in angiogenesis and tumor progression by regulating the expression of VEGF in VSCC.
