注意缺陷多动障碍与长链多不饱和脂肪酸相关性探讨 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)与长链多不饱和脂肪酸(二十二碳-6烯酸(DHA)、二十二碳-5烯酸(EPA))的相关性。方法用气相色谱法对52例确诊ADHD患儿及46例对照组进行血DHA、EPA水平测定,并采用t检验。结果ADHD组患儿血DHA、EPA水平明显低于正常对照组(P均<0.01)。讨论ADHD患儿的血DHA、EPA水平较正常对照组儿童明显偏低,这对探讨ADHD更多的诊断与治疗方法有重要意义。
