摘要
采用文献计量学的方法,对我国1985～2006年甘蔗相关发明专利的数量、时间及内容进行了统计,分析发明专利的年限分布、学科分布、授权情况及申请人分布等,从而揭示我国对甘蔗相关专利的保护状况。
The patents and inventions of sugarcane in China had been analyzed based on the articles from 1985 to 2006. The patents on invention number, time and researches content of sugarcane were statisticed. The article years range, subject distribution, authorization situation and proposer distribution were also discussed. The data showed the protect situation of sugarcane in China.
