摘要 详细介绍了甜菊糖及其衍生物甜菊醇的性质、生理功能,综述了其在医药、食品和日用化工方面的应用研究进展。此外,探讨了甜菊糖及其衍生物的应用前景。 Stevioside is a natural non- nutritional sweet flavor, 250-300 times sweeter than the sucrose. This paper specified the property and physiologic functions of the stevioside and its derivatives (steviol) in detail, summed up their development of food, medicine and daily-chemical studies. In addition, it also discussed stevioside and steviol aoolication in the future.
